Highweek: Mr. W. S. Pinsent presided at the Parish Council. Also present, Rev. S. G. Harris, Major Kitson, and Messrs. W. L. Shilston, J. Olver, R. Pascoe, C. G. Vicary, C. Adams, T. Weatherdon and J. Rogers. Mr. Shilston moved that the resolution passed at the December meeting authorising the repair of the bridge and footpath between Bradley Lane and Totnes Road be rescinded. This was seconded by Mr. Pascoe and carried.
