Bedford, of Milver View, Highweek, complaining of the state of a drain which ran through a field at the rear of his house. The Chairman understood that the letter was received in his (the Chairman’s) absence, and that the vice-chairman, Mr. W. S. Pinsent had instructed the Surveyor to see into the matter and inform Mr. Bedford of what had been done. Mr. S. Segar (Surveyor) who was present, explained that the matter had been seen to and steps were being taken.
