Joseph William Branson: Deceased: Pursuant to the statute 22 and 23 Vict., cap. 35: Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the estate of Joseph William Branson, late of the Francis Road, Edgbaston, in the city of Birmingham, gentleman (who died on the 19th day of January 1893, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted by the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 7th day of February 1893, to George Henry Branson are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the administrator on or before the 10th day of January 1895, after which date the said administrator will distribute the assets of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have receive notice: Dated the 28th day of November, 1894: Smith, Pinsent and Co., 39 Waterloo Street, Birmingham, Solicitors for the said administrator.
