Football: Newton v. Crediton: Charming weather prevailed on Saturday when these teams met on Teign Marshes before a fair gate. Crediton have not got into their stride yet and had some difficulty in raising a team. Spreadbury was only able to get thirteen men, Labbett and Johns falling at the last moment.
