Thomas & Bettridge have received instruction to sell by auction upon the above premises on Thursday, August 30th, 1894, at eleven o’clock punctually, the smelting plant and effects … catalogues may be obtained upon application to Messrs. Colmore and Monckton, solicitors, Messrs. Smith, Pinsent and Co., solicitors or to the auctioneers all of Waterloo Street, Birmingham.
