Birmingham Triennial Festival: The Programme: A meeting of the General Committee of the Birmingham Triennial Musical Festival, which is to be held in October next, took place yesterday in the small Lecture Theatre of the Birmingham and Midland Institute … (discussion) … It was resolved on the motion of the President, seconded by Mr. J. T. Collins, that the following gentlemen be requested to act on the Place-letting Committee: Messrs. F. Everitt, H. Elkington, A.S. Bennett, W. Septimus Harding, C. Harding, W. Holliday, W. B. Marshall, Councillor Bradley, H. H. Fletcher, C. E. Mathews, J. H. Wilkinson, J. A. Marigold, R. Parker, T. Ratcliff, E. Martineau, R. A. Pinsent, H. Parish, B. A. Everitt, G. H. Payton R. J. R. Mackenzie, J. W. Lea, E. Bliss and the chairman and deputy chairman of the General Committee ex-officio …
