William Edward Wiley, deceased: Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Vic. Cap. 35, Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the estate of William Edwards Wiley, late of Birches Green, Erdington in the county of Warwick gentleman (who died on the 15th day of November 1893 and whose will and codicil were proved at the Birmingham District Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice, on the 15th day of December 1893, by Hugh Gardner Hill and Emma Belinda Wiley, two of the executors therein named) are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the said executors of the deceased, on or before the 31st day of January 1894, after which date the said executors will distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall have then received notice.
