Madras Harbour Trust Board: The following are extracts from the Minutes of the proceedings of a Meeting of the Trustees of the Madras Harbour, held on Friday the 7th instant: … Resolved – that subject to the approval of Government under Section 24, Act II of 1886, three months’ privilege leave be granted to Mr. Pinsent from 28th July; that Mr. Hutchence, Traffic Manager, be appointed to act as Secretary during Mr. Pinsent’s absence; and that Mr. Lloyd continue to act as Traffic Manager.
