(Limited and Reduced): and in the Matter of the Companies Acts 1867 and 1877: Notice is hereby given that a petition for confirming a resolution reducing the capital of the said company from £50,000 to £30,000 was, on the 15th January 1893, presented to her Majesty’s High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) and that such petition will be in the paper for hearing on Saturday the 25th day of February 1893, when any creditor who desires to object may attend and be heard: Dated the 7th day of February, 1893: Field, Roscoe, & Co., 36 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, W.C. agents for Smith, Pinsent, and Co., Birmingham, Solicitors for the Petitioners.
