Birmingham County Court: Mr. Registrar Parry yesterday made a receiving order in the matter of William Southon, residing at 71 Bloomsbury Street, Birmingham, and carry on business at 53, Ashted Row, Corn dealer and Government contractor. The debtor was also adjudicated a bankrupt. Messrs. Smith, Pinsent and Co. are solicitors in the proceedings.
