Birmingham Assizes: Nisi Prius Court: Yesterday: Before Mr. Justice Collins: Assault on a Lady in the Arcade: Jones and another v Wilkinson and another: An action was brought b Vincent Jones, surgeon, Alma Street, Aston and Anna, his wife, against Wilkinson and Riddell (Limited) North-Western Arcade, to recover damages for an assault alleged to have been committed by a servant of the defendants. Mr. Parfitt (instructed by Mr. Leacroft) appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. H. Young (instructed by Messrs. Smith, Pinsent and Co.) for the defendants.
