Freehold Mining and Building Estate: Situated at Short Heath, Willenhall: Geo. J. Whitfield, will sell by auction, at the Star and Garter Hotel, Wolverhampston, this day (Wednesday) June 24th, at six for seven o’clock, p.m., all that valuable freehold mining and building estate of about 21 ½ acres of freehold surface land and mines (mineral area over 24 acres) in Clarke’s Lane, Willenhall, called the “Sand Beds Farm” occupied by Mr. Roger Newbold: Coal (etc.) have been proved by boring, and the mine is near Short Heath Railway Station.
