A New Kidderminster Carpet Company: The firm hitherto carried on under the style of James Humphries and Sons, carpet manufacturers and dealers, Kidderminster, has been registered as a limited company with a capital of £100,000 in £10 shares, of which 5,000 are preference shares bearing a dividend of 6 per cent per annum. The first directors are: Messrs. John Humphries, W. Humphries, S. Humphries and J. P. Humphries, and these were with Messrs. H. E. Broadfield, H. B. Barne (Birmingham) and R. A. Pinsent (Birmingham), also signed the memorandum of association.
