British Government and Germany: Delegation for Berlin: Problems of Trade and Finance: The Foreign Office announces it has been agreed between his Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom and the German Government that a delegation, headed by Sir Frederick Leith-Ross, Chief Economic Adviser to his Majesty’s Government shall proceed immediately to Berlin … … (continues) … … Two immediately outstanding subjects upon which the delegation will have discussion with the representatives of the German Government area: The new German policy of import control, and the extreme difficulty which British exporters to Germany are experiencing in getting payment. Sir Frederick Leith-Ross will leave London for Berlin on Monday night, accompanied by Mr. T. St. Q. Hill, of the Commercial Relations and Treaties Department of the Board of Trade. The other member of the British Delegation will by Mr. G. H. S. Pinsent, Financial Adviser to the British Embassy in Berlin.
