Bath and West Show: At the annual show of the Bath and West and Southern Counties Society, opened at Exeter on Wednesday, Mr. W. S. Pinsent, of Newton, won first prize in the class for hackney mares with “Fernichurst Lady Olivette.” and also the special prize offered by the Hackney Horse Society. Mr. Jeffrey, of Newton secured third in the class for shire stallions foaled before 1907, with “Rangatira,” a bay, which is very well known in the West of England. On Thursday, Mr. W. S. Pinsent, Newton, took second prize for driving mare or gelding, 15 h. h. or over.
