In the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division: Mr. Justice Parker: In the Matter of the Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Corn Exchange Limited and In the Matter of the Companies (Memorandum of Association) Act 1890: Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to his Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 4th day of December 1908 by the above named Company to confirm a special resolution of the Company passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the said Company held on the 24th day of September 1908 and subsequently confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the said Company held on the 15th day of October 1908 to the effect following namely: … … (articles of purpose and association) … … Any person interested in the said Company whether as a debenture holder creditor or shareholder desiring to oppose the making of an order for the confirmation of the said resolution under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for the purpose, and a copy of the said petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the under-mentioned solicitors on payment of the regulated charge for the same: Dated this 8th day of January 1909:  (sd.)
