Yesterday, at Newton Abbot, Mr. James Stooke sold, by auction, the Prince of Wales Inn to Mr. W. S. Pinsent for £1,400; 39a, 41 and 43 Courtenay Street, to Mr. W. Vicary for £550; 23 Highweek Road to Mrs. A. Tully for £160; 11, Prospect Terrace, to Mr. Hext for £150 and 13 and 15 Prospect Terrace to Mr. Harold Watts, for £295. All the property is leasehold.
