Devon Sessions: Curious Appeal at the Castle of Exeter: Owing to the courts of the Castle of Exeter being occupied by the Judges of Assize, the Devon Quarter Sessions were held yesterday in the Grand Jury room of the Castle: Lord Clifford presided, and the other Justices present were Sir John Phear, Mr. Huxham Watson, Major Conran, Mr. J.
