The Rev. John Stanley Chesshire: Deceased: Pursuant to Statute 22 and 23 Vict. Cap. 35, “NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Persons having any CLAIMS against the Estate of the REV. JOHN STANLEY CHESSHIRE late of Battenhall in the City of Worcester clerk holy orders (who died on the 29th day of August and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry the Probate Division of his Majesty’s High Court of Justice the 20th day of October by Reginald Stanley Pargeter Chesshire, John Keble Claughton Chesshire and Richard Alfred Pinsent the Executors therein named) are hereby required to send written particulars of such Claims or Demands to the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executors of the Deceased or before the 31st day of December 1902 after which date the said Executors will distribute the assets of the deceased having regard only to the Claims and Demands of which they shall then have received notice, and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof distributed to any person or persons of whose Claims or Demands they shall not then have had notice.
