Birmingham Solicitor and the Naval Review: A Premature Action: Before Master Archibald yesterday, the Bench Division, a suit was heard, brought Mr. A. Pinsent, solicitor, Birmingham, against the Cooperative Cruising Company Limited, and Dr. Henry S. Lunn. The case was a summons for judgment under Order 14 for the return of £50. 12s., balance of £54. 12s. paid by the plaintiff for passage money for four berths on the S.S. Pretoria for the naval review cruise June 27th, which cruise had been cancelled owing the postponement of the review.
