Boxford: Wesleyan Sunday School: The Anniversary services of the Wesleyan Sunday School were held on Sunday, May 11th, conducted by Mr. East. of Newbury … the children recited as usual, quartettes were rendered by … trios by …(list includes) … Bessie Chamberlain, Ruth Prismall and Louie Canning and a solo by Miss Pinsent. On Wednesday the children had their annual treat, followed by a public tea and meeting, at which addresses were given by Mr. East, Mr. Brind and Mr. Herbert. The report was read by the superintendent Mr. Brown which showed a balance in hand. The organ was taken by Misses Pinsent, Prismall and Pocock.
