Cricket: The Britannia: Assault at Arms by the Cadets: Before breaking up the summer term the cadets of H.M.S. Britannia on Wednesday had an assault-at arms on their recreation ground at Dartmouth. The Band of the Britannia played during the afternoon: … (description) … Exhibitions on the horizontal bar, vaulting, horse and parallel bars were given by the gymnastic staff, and Cadets Halaban, Goolden, Royle, Acworth, Troup, Egerton, Pinsent, Nash, Green, Dawson and Simmonds. The prizes were afterwards distributed by Mrs. O’Callaghan.
