Birmingham Daily Post: Thursday 4th April 1918

In the matter of the Companies Acts 1908 and 1913, and in the Matter of Northford & Co. Limited: Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before the 1st day of May 1918, being the day for that purpose fixed by the liquidator, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts, if any, to Herbert Ford, of 95, Colmore row, Birmingham, liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said liquidator or by his solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved: Dated the 26th day of March, 1918: Pinsent and Co., 6, Bennett’s Hill, Birmingham, Solicitors to the above-named liquidator.
