George Haynes). … …  House Committee: At a meeting of the House Committee the Chairman of the Board reported that he had met Mrs. Pinsent, the Lady Commissioner of the Board of Control, on her inspection of the Institution and she desired to know whether the Guardians would consent to receive a small number of cases from other Unions under the Mental Deficiency Act. The Committee recommended that the Guardians should agree to receive not more than three cases from other Unions provided that 14s a week be paid for the maintenance of cases, and that there was room in the institution. …
