The Plumage Bill: A correspondent who wrote to the Prime Minister urging the necessity of securing the passage of the Plumage Bill through the House of Commons at the earliest possible moment has received the following reply: 10Downing Street, July 27, 1914: Dear Sir, In reply to your letter of the 2nd inst., I am desired by the Prime Minister to say that every effort will be made by the Government to find time for the further stages of the Plumage Bill: Yours faithfully (Signed: G.
