Ex Groom and his Cottage: Tenancy Point at the Okehampton County Court: His Honour Judge Terrell, K.C., had before him at Okehampton Count Court yesterday an application by Mrs. Charlotte Jessie Pynsent Paramore, wife of the Rev. J. R. Paramore, Rector of Iddesleigh, for possession of the Rectory Cottage, occupied by Frederick Weekes. Mr. M. A. Mathews of Exeter, who appeared for the applicant, stated that respondent occupied the cottage not as tenant in the ordinary sense, but by virtue of his employment as groom and gardener at the Rectory.
