Property Market: On Monday afternoon, at the Castle Hotel, Tamworth, Mr. W. Reginald Frazier of Birmingham, offered for sale by auction freehold property at Wall, near Lichfield, and at Comberford. The premises formerly known as the Seven Stars Inn, Wall, now delicensed, with farm buildings and land, an area of about 1,450 square yards were sold to Mr. Ryman for £460. The off-beer house at Comberford was withdrawn at £700. A piece of land, let as a market garden, containing about two acres on the road from Tamworth to Burton on Trent went to Mr. J. H. Maddocks, for £135. Messrs. Pinsent & Co., Birmingham, were the solicitors to the vendors.
