RE THOMAS PINSENT HORTON, DECEASED. — Pursuant to the Act of Parliament the 22nd and 23rd Vict, c. 35 – Notice is hereby given that all CLAIMS or DEMANDS against the Estate of THOMAS PINSENT HORTON, late of 4 Stoke terrace, Devonport, Plymouth, in the County of Devon, Deceased (who died on the 25th day of, April, 1921, and whose Will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of his Majesty’s Court of Justice on the 17th day of August 1921, by Samuel Burridge, the sole Executor therein named), are required to send in the particulars, in writing, of their claims to us, the undersigned, on or before the 9th day of April, 1923, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate of the Deceased, having regard only to the Claims and demands of which he shall then have had notice: Dated this 6th of March, 1923: SHELLY, JOHNS, and BURRIDGE, Solicitors for the said Executor.
