Ecclesiastical: Licensed by the Bishop: The Bishop of the Diocese has licensed the Rev. F. M. Wickham, Vicar of Winchcombe to the chaplaincy of Winchcombe Union Workhouse and has licences the following curacies: Rev. William Clark, M.A., and Rev. Wilfred Charles Couch, M.A. to Cheltenham; Rev. Thomas William Lambert to Tewkesbury and the Rev. Mark Elliott Perfitt, B.A. to Newent; and the Rev. John Pinsent, A.K.C, to Winchcombe.
