Colonel Nutt presided, and there were also present … The Clerk presented the professional charges of Messes, Pinsent and in relation to opposing the North Warwickshire Company’s application for a provisional order, amounting to £48 18s.; and the Bill promoted the Nuneaton Corporation, amounting to £352 0s. 1d. These sums included all out-of-pocket expenses, to the amount of £227 8s. 9d. The accounts were passed.
