Empire Guests: Winchester Luncheon Party: May representatives of the dominions and Colonies who are attending the Imperial Conference spent a quiet weekend in Hampshire. Some of them were the guests of honour at a civic luncheon at Winchester, and later they saw the Cathedral, the College, and other historic buildings. The mayor (Councillor Major J. R.
