… through agreement with the Herts. County Council, were foretold by Cmdr. Clive Pinsent, chairman of the Hospital Council at the annual general meeting of the Hospital last week. Lord Hampden, of the Hospital, said he hoped the Council would go on “being daring” until they had completed the kind of hospital that was necessary for the town and district.
