Pupils’ Recital: Interesting Effort for Church Funds: A graceful recital of their delicate art was given by the pupils of Mari-Matilde school of dancing in the Wycliffe Church, Leicester, last night in aid of the church funds. Although the main feature of the programme was the dancing of Miss Irene M. Berridge’s pupils, speciality dances by the principal herself, songs by Mr. Harold Pinsent, and songs and monologues by Miss Irene Berridge added a touch of variety to an enjoyable programme. ….
