Paymaster Kenneth Badcock, R.N., of his Majesty’s ship Arethusa, who as secretary to Commodore Tyrwhitt, of the Light Cruiser Squadron, accompanied his chief through the naval engagements off Heligoland and the Dogger Bank, has been married at Bishop Auckland, where his home is, to Miss Frances Isabella Pinsent, of St. John’s Newfoundland, whose father, the late Mr. Charles S. Pinsent, was Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod of the Newfoundland House of Assembly.
