North Walls Bath: It was proposed to close the bath at the North Walls recreation ground, on which at the moment they were suffering a loss of £200 per annum. That sum, with a little more, would about pay for the lido, the loan charges on which this year would be £161. … discussion … Alderman Major J. R.
