In the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Mr. Justice Bennett: In the matter of the Fairwood Tinplate Company Limited and in the Matter of the Companies Act, 1929: Notice is hereby given that the Order of the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, dated the 14th July 1936, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named Company from £20,000 to £10,000 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the share capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Act, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 21st day of July 1936.
