Capital Reduction: In the Chancery Division yesterday Mr. Justice Bennett confirmed a reduction of the capital of Ruths International Accumulators Ltd. from £500,000 to £180,703 5s. Mr. D. Jenkins (instructed by Pinsent and Co., Birmingham, solicitors for the company) said the reduction was to be affected partly by cancelling capital which had been lost, and partly by repaying the shareholders capital in excess of the company’s needs. …
