Plymouth Firm’s Rating Appeal: Issue of Factory Premises: An appeal by Messrs. Charles Harding (Plymouth), Ltd., with respect to the rating of their premises at 81, 83, and 85. Mutley-plain, against the decision of Plymouth Assessment Committee, was allowed, with costs, at Plymouth Quarter Sessions yesterday, before the Recorder (Mr. J. G. Trapnell, K.C.). Mr. J. Scott Henderson (instructed by Messrs. Ambrose and Ambrose, solicitors, Plymouth) appeared tor the appellants, and the respondent was the Revenue officer for the city of Plymouth (Mr. Francis Wingfield Homfray Pinsent), for whom Mr. C. H.
