Mrs. Vera G. Pinsent, of Netley, Bamfylde Road, Torquay, giving evidence in support of her petition for a decree, said her husband left her without warning in 1927, and subsequently, when she sought a separation and maintenance order, he said he wanted his freedom. Evidence was given of misconduct at a London Hotel. Mr. F. S. Laskey was for petitioner and a decree was granted with costs. …
